Limited Edition - Wholecut Cráneo with Laser Engraved Skull Pattern in Hand Painted Burgundy Patina - including matching Patina Leather Belt

This Goodyear Welted pair of Whole Cut shoes, features a skull pattern, which is laser engraved on the crust calf leather.

The crust calf leather is hand painted and finished by our maestro colourist. It features the astonishing Burgundy Patina, which is applied in round motions with brushes and sponges for a unique effect.

The pair features a brown leather outsole and brown full calf leather inner lining. In terms of construction, they are made using the Salvador shoe last: a soft chisel toe and a long elegant vamp.

This pair comes with a matching calf leather belt featuring the same astonishing laser engraved skull pattern and Burgundy Patina as the shoes.

The belt is detailed with black thread stitching, dark brown lining and a nickel square buckle.

Artisan-Hand Made Patina: The technique used to achieve this artwork is known as ‘Anticatura’, which is the Italian word for antique finishing. It is a specialty of Italian and French maestro shoemakers. Entrusted to the hands of the antique finisher, the upper part of the shoe becomes a work of art. The Anticatura method is a hand dyeing procedure of leather. It takes about 8-10 hours of work per pair to create a completely unique patina with an aged effect.
